RETURN POLICY 

  1. Due to Hygiene concerns we do not allow returns for Bath and Beauty products
  2. You can return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the order
  3. We charge Rs. 50 per product for return or exchange. In case the product received is defective or wrong then No Charge.
  4. We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your delivery address upon receiving return request
  5. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
  6. We will only issue refund within 48 hours of receiving back the product
  7. The product amount will be credited back to you in your Bank in case of COD order. In case of online payment amount will be credited back to the card or account used to make payment
  8. Online refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable
  9. No Returns and Refunds for the items sold in the Clearance Sale
  10. Please Provide Unboxing Video of the package along with your return request incase there is an issue with the product

Where should I return my product?

Our logistics partner will come to your place to pick up the goods. Incase reverse pickup facility is not available in your area you can courier us the package at the address below
